The location is wonderful and the hot breakfast buffet was excellent and helped my family save money.
The only problem I had was the TV was very old and small and appeared to be malfunctioning.
It was very clean and well kept and quiet..
We had three days reservations but couldn't get away the first day. We e-mailed a change in reservations but the price went fron $144 for three nights to $159 for two nights. It would have been cheaper to just not show up the first night. On top of that I got sick eating their breakfast. Would never recommend Stone Castle to my worst enemy.
very quite, clean, everyone nice, great breakfast. this was a short visit.
rooms was dark, but ok for this time.
Close to Silver Dollar City and other activities, such as; Showboat-Branson Belle and entertainment.
We had difficulty finding parking during the evenings, breakfast was not good, and the maids did not clean our room or make the bed when requested.
The staff were excellent, the rooms were small, but the beds were incredibly comfy, with excellent blackout shades and very quiet. The breakfast was good and well stocked. The pools were small but clean. The location is great for the strip or shopping.
Our stay was relaxing we enjoyed the breakfast. We would like to come back and try one of the theme rooms
The Staff was fantastic. Super friendly and nice. They responeded to our requests immediately. Outstanding beakfast of hot & cold foods. Scrambled eggs were made from real egs and not the power stuff. Great tasting sausage patties & sausage gravy. Even had made to order pancakes one day & fresh baked cookies. Our room was clean & had no smells. The hotel is in a great location for easy acess to the shopping & shows and getting around.
We spent 11 nights total in Branson. We could only get our condo for 7 nights so we. Needed 3 nights at the end of our stay. The add for Stone Castle was misleading but overall, the price was ok and location handy to most everything. The best thing they had going for them was the breakfast buffet included in the price of the room. Even with that we had to walk at least 200 yards outdoors up and down steep inclines to the buffet.
The room was very small. No closet. Couldnt even close the bathroom door if you sat on the toilet first. Very damp. The floor felt wet, even the bed felt damp.
I absolutley loved the theme. I felt like I was really staying in a castle. My room was top notch clean. Only problem with the room was that the bathroom door knob seem to get jam so we would lock ourselves in the bathroom. Excellent price! Money well spent! Would differnently come back!
The front desk girls. Not very friendly.
It was really nice. We liked the pools and the breakfast was good
When my daughter crawled her legs got dirty. We also had to ask twice about a crib. One pool was too cold to swim in.
The hotel was very competative for the online booking. The accomodations were good. The breakfast buffet was great. The location is great, off the main strip, easy to access.. Overall a great value.
The buffet breakfast was great! Our room was cozy and we were able to catch a playoff game on the flatscreen. The pool and hot tub were open late-11 pm. I stayed with three other friends. We had a blast!
No mini fridge in the room! However, I may have not read carefully through the room details.
enjoy the heated pool and spa, the seperate sink from bathroom
Our room was convenient to the pool where my two granddaughters spent a lot of time. The pool was small, but seemed to suit them just fine. The breakfast room was also convenient. Parking was ample and close to building entrance. There were plenty of luggage carts. The air conditioner worked great.
The room was small and the bathroom was very small.
